PHRF New England

Working through local fleets, PHRF New England is an independent handicapping authority whose handicaps are used by fleets in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts Bay, the Gulf of Maine, Maritime Canada, St. Pierre, and Lake Winnipesauke.

If you sail in these waters, look up your area Fleet Contact. If you are a visitor from outside this region, please download an application. Questions about handicaps should be directed to your local fleet handicapper.
