Terms and Conditions of Business


Shipping

All orders placed with Lynn Marine Supply are shipped UPS Ground Insured, unless an upgrade to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air has been selected. Morning delivery is usually available to large urban centers and/or business addresses.  Tracking notification in the form of an automated e-mail from UPS will be sent upon package shipment.

We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt - weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday. Out-of-Stock products will be kept on back-order, and any associated partial orders will be shipped separately at no extra charge.

Shipping Claims

All claims must be made promptly. All original shipping materials must be kept in order to file a claim.
Please inspect all products before discarding packing materials.
Attempted claims without original packing materials will be denied.

General Claims

For all claims related to order mistakes, shipment errors, or any other problem, contact the store directly via e-mail.

If an incorrect item was shipped, we will take steps ship the correct item. We will also arrange for UPS pick up the item and return it to Lynn Marine Supply.

Returns Policy

Within 30 days of the purchase date we will accept an item that has been purchased from us subject to it being in the same condition as it was when shipped and in its original packaging.  Products that have been used, or garments that appear to have been worn will not be credited. The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for the item.

A copy of the original invoice should be included along with proper contact information and the reason for returning the item.  

Items that are returned without the original invoice but are in salable condition with the original packaging can be either exchanged or a store credit will be issued.

Order Acceptance Policy

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lynn Marine Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept or decline the order for any reason. Lynn Marine Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item with the remaining items placed on the back-order queue.  However, Lynn Marine Supply will provide prompt notice before shipping regarding the placement of items onto back-order.


Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, or outdated searches, Lynn Marine Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lynn Marine Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lynn Marine Supply shall issue a check in the amount of the charge.
